The guys over at the G&T Club have done it again - they’ve succeeded in choosing another fantastic gin to showcase for the May edition of their monthly subscription based G&T Club.
When this month’s box arrived this week, we were absolutely thrilled to see a full-sized bottle of Greater Than gin! Greater Than gin is the first gin offering from Nao Spirits, whose distillery is based in a place where the bandits are dying to visit, Goa. It's always good to get a bottle of gin from a gin subscription club, that you either haven't already got, or haven't tried before, so this month’s box, like last month, ticks both boxes.
Greater Than is a citrusy London Dry gin made up of 9 botanicals which include lemongrass, ginger, fennel and Indian chamomile to name just a few.
Also in this month’s box we received 2 bottles of Schweppes 1783 Crisp tonic and a tin of coriander seeds which you can include in your botanical/garnish collection. We also received some fabulous edible goodies and this month’s favourite have to be the Chilli and Lemon Grills by India’s Number 1 snack brand Cofresh. We’re really hoping to track some of these down in the UK as they were delicious.
The G&T club have really nailed their first 2 gin boxes and if you're looking for a gin subscription where you get to try something different from your high street gins, we would definitely recommend you check them out.
